Do you struggle with shame because of your past choice of abortion? Do you suffer from low self-esteem, intense guilt, or the fear of punishment because of what you did? Do you wish you could move forward, find peace with God, and finally experience healing after abortion—but feel unworthy or unsure where to start?

I’m so thankful you’re here! This podcast will help you redeem your past, find forgiveness and peace, and finally heal from your abortion once and for all. If you’re longing for biblical healing, freedom from abortion regret, and a restored relationship with Jesus, you’re in the right place.

Hey, I’m Brittany—wife, homeschooling mom, pro-life speaker, and abortion recovery coach. For over 10 years, I carried the weight of my abortion silently, desperately wanting to grow closer to God but feeling unworthy… like I had committed the unforgivable sin.

I believed that in order to “win back” my salvation, I needed to do all the right things and somehow save myself through works. I became a “yes girl” and overworked and overachieved myself straight into a depression I was desperate to crawl out of.

After I finally crashed and burned, God opened my eyes: If I was going to grow closer to Him and truly heal my heart, I needed to come back to the true gospel of Jesus, accept His forgiveness, and stop running in fear.

I dug into the Bible, found accountability and community with other Christian women, and stopped listening to the lies of the enemy that kept me stuck in shame and guilt. And now—I’m here to help you do the same.

If you’re ready to finally shed the shame and guilt that’s weighing you down…
Recognize your true identity in Christ so you’re no longer consumed by self-esteem or body-image struggles…
Experience real intimacy in your marriage and relationships…
And restore your relationship with Jesus so you can walk in true healing after abortion, then this podcast is for you.

Fill up your favorite mug with some coffee and crack open that Bible, because it’s time to receive the Good, Good News!

If you’ve noticed the podcast has been a little inconsistent lately, this episode is a quick life update straight from the heart.
Over the past several weeks, life inside our home has been full of some twists and big decisions that shifted my usual rhythms more than I anticipated. While I love showing up here consistently for you, sometimes life simply asks us to slow down, regroup, and adjust.
In this episode, I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes update on what’s been going on lately, why the podcast schedule has looked a little different, and what this season has been teaching me about grace, priorities, and trusting God with your plans.
Sometimes the most faithful thing we can do is pause, reset, and remember that God is still in control.
Thank you for being here, for your grace, and for continuing to walk this journey with me.

What if the reason you’re still struggling after your abortion isn’t just emotional… but moral?
So many women assume what they’re dealing with is grief.Or regret.Or trauma.
And yes — those are real.
But there’s another layer that often goes unnamed.
It’s called moral injury.
In today’s episode, we’re talking about:
What moral injury actually is
Why it affects so many Christian women after abortion
How it differs from “just” emotional pain
And how to know if this is what you’re experiencing
If you’ve ever thought:
Why can’t I just move on?
Why do I feel like I betrayed myself… or God?
Why does this feel deeper than sadness?
This episode will help you put language to what’s been sitting heavy on your heart.

If you’ve ever sat in church hoping someone would acknowledge abortion…If you’ve wondered why this kind of pain feels invisible in Christian spaces…If you’ve questioned whether your church even knows how many women are silently carrying this trauma…
This episode is for you.
In today’s conversation, we’re naming something that desperately needs light: abortion trauma is real—and for many women, the silence in the Church makes it heavier, not lighter.
I’m sharing a personal moment that still stands out to me years later—when a single sentence from my pastor changed everything. He said the word “abortion” from the pulpit, and instead of shame, it was followed by Jesus-filled hope. Even though I wasn’t physically in the room, I felt seen, known, and reminded that redemption includes me, too.
But I know many of you can’t relate to that experience.
The reality is this:
Around 70% of women who choose abortion identify as Christian
Roughly 40% are actively attending church
And well over 60% of women experience negative mental health effects afterward, regardless of how they felt about their abortion at the time
This is not rare. This is not theoretical. And it’s not something we can afford to keep ignoring.
In this episode, we talk honestly about three common reasons churches often avoid the topic of abortion—and why those reasons can unintentionally deepen the wounds women are already carrying.
You’ll hear:
Why abortion trauma is often left out of church conversations—even when it’s present in the pews
How silence can unintentionally communicate shame, even when that’s not the intent
The difference between avoiding pain and actually offering healing
Why acknowledging abortion doesn’t make the church “political”—it makes it pastoral
How Jesus-centered truth creates safety, not condemnation
My heart in this episode isn’t to criticize the Church—but to invite compassion, courage, and clarity. Healing begins when we stop pretending this pain doesn’t exist and start bringing it into the light with Christ at the center.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from your body… this conversation is for you.
In today’s episode, I’m joined by Kari Davis, a natural wellness advocate, life coach, and host of The Well: Health & Wholeness Podcast. Together, we talk about whole-body healing—not just emotionally or spiritually, but physically too—and how small, intentional shifts can bring real relief to overwhelmed women.
Kari shares how her journey into natural wellness began unexpectedly when her son was sick, leading her to essential oils and eventually into a calling to help women simplify their health, reduce toxins, and reconnect with God’s design for healing. After walking through profound grief with the loss of her husband, Kari learned firsthand the importance of self-care, boundaries, movement, and faith as tools for restoration.
This episode is a gentle reminder that healing doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive, and that your body and emotions are deeply connected.
In this episode, we cover:
Why emotional and physical health cannot be separated
How movement (even walking) supports mental and emotional healing
Practical ways to manage overwhelm and anxiety through lifestyle changes
The hidden toxins in everyday household products—and where to start eliminating them
How essential oils support emotional regulation and self-care
Simple, affordable swaps for natural cleaning and fragrance
Why “putting in the good” helps push out the bad—mentally, emotionally, and physically
How faith, Scripture, and gratitude anchor healing during grief and hard seasons
Kari also shares encouragement for the woman carrying shame, guilt, or grief—reminding us that God is a God of resurrection, new beginnings, and daily renewal. You are not behind. You are not failing. And healing is still possible—one small step at a time.
This episode is for the woman who wants to feel better in her body 🤍
The woman who feels anxious and inflamed—physically or emotionally 🤍
The woman craving a simpler, healthier, faith-centered life 🤍

Have you ever wondered if abortion is the one sin God can’t forgive?
If you’ve carried the fear that you’ve gone too far… that you’ve done something permanent and unforgivable… you’re not alone. This question comes up again and again in abortion recovery — and it’s one of the biggest reasons women stay stuck in shame, silence, and spiritual distance.
In this episode, we’re unpacking what the Bible actually says about forgiveness, the so-called “unforgivable sin,” and why abortion does not put you beyond God’s grace. If you’ve been afraid to hope, afraid to believe forgiveness is really for you, this episode is for you.

What happens when the secrets we carry finally come into the light?
In today’s episode, I’m joined by Kristina Joy Robertson, and together we share an honest, faith-filled conversation about healing after betrayal, shame, and the choices we never thought we’d talk about out loud.
Kristina bravely shares her story of walking through a seven-year affair that began during a season of deep grief after miscarriage. What started as a coping mechanism slowly turned into an addiction—one she couldn’t break without help. Through counseling, accountability, and a powerful retreat experience, Kristina reached a turning point that led to confession, surrender, and spiritual renewal.
Together, we talk about the temptation to stay hidden, the fear of telling the truth, and the freedom that comes when we finally choose the light.
This episode is for the woman who is asking: Can God really heal this? Is forgiveness possible after what I’ve done? What if my story disqualifies me from peace, love, or purpose?
We cover:
Why forcing healing doesn’t work—and how surrender changes everything
The spiritual and emotional cost of secrecy and shame
What confession, counseling, and community actually look like in real life
Rebuilding trust with yourself, with God, and in your relationships
How faith-based practices like Scripture, journaling, and prayer support deep healing
Why your story—no matter how messy—can become a source of hope for others
We close the conversation with a shared heart for creating safe, faith-centered spaces where women can stop hiding, start healing, and remember who they are in Christ. 🤍
You are not too far gone. 🤍
You are not defined by your worst decision. 🤍
And you do not have to walk this road alone.

What does healing after abortion actually sound like?
Not the polished testimony. Not the “I’m fine now” version. But the real, in-process moments where truth is settling in, walls are coming down, and God is gently meeting women right where they are.
In today’s episode, I’m doing something a little different.
I’m inviting you to listen in on a real snippet from inside my Abortion Recovery Roadmap — a moment that captures what healing truly looks and sounds like when a woman finally allows herself to be honest, present, and open with God.
If you’ve ever wondered:
What happens inside an abortion recovery program?
What do women actually talk about?
Will I feel safe… or exposed?
Will this stir things up — or bring peace?
This episode gives you a glimpse.
You’ll hear the tone of the space, the compassion woven into the teaching, and the way God meets women not with pressure or shame — but with truth, tenderness, and invitation.
This episode is for the woman who:
Is curious about healing but hesitant to commit
Wonders if abortion recovery will feel overwhelming
Needs to hear what real healing sounds like before taking a step
Wants reassurance that she won’t be rushed, judged, or pushed
As you listen, notice what your heart does.Notice what feels heavy… and what feels relieving.Often, that response is telling you more than fear ever could.

So many women want freedom but feel frozen at the thought of opening old wounds, facing buried grief, or risking disappointment. In today’s episode, we talk honestly about why healing can feel so scary, what’s really happening beneath that fear, and how God gently meets us right there.

Why fear often shows up right before breakthrough
What abortion healing actually requires of you (and what it doesn’t)
How avoidance keeps us stuck — but leaning in opens the door to freedom
