Do you struggle with shame because of your past choice of abortion? Do you suffer from low self-esteem, intense guilt, or the fear of punishment because of what you did? Do you wish you could move forward, find peace with God, and finally experience healing after abortion—but feel unworthy or unsure where to start?
I’m so thankful you’re here! This podcast will help you redeem your past, find forgiveness and peace, and finally heal from your abortion once and for all. If you’re longing for biblical healing, freedom from abortion regret, and a restored relationship with Jesus, you’re in the right place.
Hey, I’m Brittany—wife, homeschooling mom, pro-life speaker, and abortion recovery coach. For over 10 years, I carried the weight of my abortion silently, desperately wanting to grow closer to God but feeling unworthy… like I had committed the unforgivable sin.
I believed that in order to “win back” my salvation, I needed to do all the right things and somehow save myself through works. I became a “yes girl” and overworked and overachieved myself straight into a depression I was desperate to crawl out of.
After I finally crashed and burned, God opened my eyes: If I was going to grow closer to Him and truly heal my heart, I needed to come back to the true gospel of Jesus, accept His forgiveness, and stop running in fear.
I dug into the Bible, found accountability and community with other Christian women, and stopped listening to the lies of the enemy that kept me stuck in shame and guilt. And now—I’m here to help you do the same.
If you’re ready to finally shed the shame and guilt that’s weighing you down…
Recognize your true identity in Christ so you’re no longer consumed by self-esteem or body-image struggles…
Experience real intimacy in your marriage and relationships…
And restore your relationship with Jesus so you can walk in true healing after abortion, then this podcast is for you.
Fill up your favorite mug with some coffee and crack open that Bible, because it’s time to receive the Good, Good News!

Have you ever been sitting in church, minding your own business, when your pastor says one sentence and suddenly you're drowning in guilt and shame?
If a sermon has ever knocked the wind out of you and sent you spiraling for the rest of the day — or even into the next week — you're not alone.
This week, we're talking about what to do when Sunday's sermon triggers your post-abortion grief, so you can keep moving forward in your healing instead of backsliding into shame.
I get vulnerable about a time I sat in church feeling completely ashamed — even though abortion was never mentioned — and what that moment taught me about the difference between conviction and being triggered.
We'll walk through two questions to ask yourself the next time this happens, and I'll teach you how to tell the difference between godly conviction and an old wound being triggered — plus how to move forward biblically instead of taking steps backward.
Get ready, because this one will change how you sit in church.

Have you ever grieved a life you thought you'd have?
If you've ever had to let go of a plan, a dream, or a version of your future you were counting on — you're not alone.
This week, I sat down with Nicole, author of The Butterfly Chronicles and host of the Conservative and Chic podcast, to talk about what it looks like to trust God when life doesn't go the way you expected. Nicole was diagnosed with Turner syndrome, a rare genetic disorder, as a child — and it shaped nearly every part of her life, from her health to her education to the family she once imagined she'd have.
Nicole opens up about the hospital visits, the hard questions she asked God as a kid, and the moment at 15 years old when she first found the courage to speak publicly about her diagnosis. She also shares how losing her mother — and the promise she made to her — became the spark behind writing her book.
We talk about what it means to grieve the life you thought you'd have, how Nicole found purpose as an aunt when motherhood looked different than she planned, and the practical way she learned to lean on God's timing instead of her own.
Nicole's story is a beautiful reminder that no two journeys to Christ look the same, and that God can still write something good out of the hardest chapters.

"I can't forgive myself." That's the sentence I hear more than almost any other — in my inbox, my DMs, my coaching calls. Somehow, we can extend forgiveness to just about everyone else in our lives except ourselves.
If that's you, friend, you're not alone.
In this episode, we're talking about the #1 reason self-forgiveness feels so impossible after abortion — and why you might be the last person on your own forgiveness list. Because here's the truth: it's not about earning God's forgiveness all over again. It's about something deeper you're still holding onto.
I get vulnerable about my own journey working through forgiveness in my healing — and the moment I realized I was the only one still upset with me.
Then I walk you through the real reason it's so hard to let this go, and what it actually takes to finally hand it over to God for good.
I pray this blesses you!

Do you see a pro-life billboard and feel your stomach drop? A commercial comes on, a headline catches your eye, someone shares a post — and just like that, the guilt floods back in. You know those reminders aren't going away. But it can feel like every time you see one, you're being called out all over again.
If that's you, friend, you're not alone.
In this episode, we're talking about how to stop letting pro-life content trigger a spiral of guilt — because here's the truth: those signs and headlines weren't put there to condemn you. Grace has already covered what guilt keeps trying to bring back up.
I get vulnerable about a sign near my hometown cemetery that's followed me for years — one I still drive past today — and how God has met me in it, little by little, as I've healed.
Then I walk you through 3 simple steps to help you respond to those triggers with peace instead of shame — steps you can start using the very next time guilt tries to catch you off guard.
Don't forget to take notes!

Do you sit down to pray and feel completely lost for words? You know prayer matters, but you don't know where to start. Or maybe you do pray regularly — and it feels like your words hit the ceiling. God feels silent. Your prayers feel unanswered. And the pain underneath it all feels too deep and too shameful to bring to Him.
If that's you, friend, you're not alone.
In this episode, we're talking about how to pray for healing after abortion — even when you feel like you don't deserve to. Because here's the truth: healing is available to you. Not because you've earned it, but because grace was never about earning it in the first place.
I get vulnerable about my own prayer life over the last six months — the seasons where prayer felt dry, hard, and honestly kind of hopeless — and how Romans 8:26-27 met me right there:
"In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God's people in accordance with the will of God."
Then I walk you through a simple, biblical prayer framework you can start using today — five steps to help you reconnect with God in your abortion healing journey, even when you don't have the words.
Grab a notebook — you're going to need it for this one!

Do you ever wonder if your past abortion is still affecting you, even years later?
Many women assume that if they aren't thinking about their abortion every day, they've moved on. But trauma doesn't always show up in obvious ways. Sometimes it hides beneath the surface, impacting your relationships, self-worth, and everyday life without you realizing the connection.
In this episode, we're talking about five hidden symptoms of Post-Abortion Stress Syndrome (PASS) that often go unnoticed. While PASS is not a formally recognized clinical diagnosis, many women experience trauma-related symptoms after abortion that can emerge immediately—or even decades later.
If you've ever felt like something isn't quite right but couldn't put your finger on it, this conversation may help you understand why.

Do you know God has forgiven you… but still can't seem to forgive yourself after your abortion?
Maybe you've confessed your abortion to God countless times. You believe Jesus died for your sins. You know the gospel is true.
So why does the guilt keep coming back?
If you've ever wondered why forgiveness after abortion feels so difficult—or why you still struggle even though you know God has forgiven you—this episode is for you.
Today we're unpacking three common lies Christian women believe about forgiveness after abortion and replacing them with biblical truth. You'll discover why forgiveness is more than a feeling, why accepting Christ's sacrifice isn't minimizing what happened, and why forgiveness is often the beginning of healing—not the end.
If you've been carrying shame for far too long, I pray this episode helps you experience the freedom Jesus purchased for you on the cross.

Have you ever wondered why you can't "just move on" after your abortion?
Maybe it happened years ago, yet certain dates, pregnancy announcements, baby showers, or even a familiar place instantly bring the memories rushing back.
You may have assumed that time would heal your heart. But if you're still carrying grief, anxiety, shame, or unexpected emotional reactions, there may be something deeper going on.
In this episode, we're exploring the connection between abortion trauma, the nervous system, and healing. You'll learn the difference between trauma and PTSD, why abortion can become a traumatic experience for many women, and how Jesus invites us into genuine healing—not simply surviving.
If you've ever questioned why your abortion still affects you, this conversation will help you better understand what's happening in both your mind and your heart—and remind you that lasting healing is possible.

Were you told the abortion pill would be "just like a heavy period," that you'd feel immediate relief, or that you could simply move on afterward?
For many women, the reality is far different than what they expected.
Whether you've personally taken the abortion pill or you're trying to better understand what women are being told today, this episode takes a compassionate, truth-centered look at five of the most common claims surrounding the abortion pill—and compares them with what many women actually experience.
This isn't about shame. It's about replacing misinformation with truth, acknowledging the reality of abortion trauma, and discovering that healing is possible through Jesus Christ.
If your abortion experience left you with questions, grief, or emotions you weren't prepared for, I pray this conversation reminds you that God's grace is greater than every lie you've believed.
