46 | Stages of Grief Series Part 3: Anger
Anger is one of the strongest emotions—and often a sign of deeper feelings beneath the surface.
When it comes to abortion, anger usually stems from grief, shame, guilt, or regret. You might feel angry at yourself, God, the doctor, the father, friends, or others connected to your decision.
While anger is a natural and valid response, it can’t be allowed to control your healing journey. Holding onto anger can block your progress and open the door to bitterness and resentment.
In today’s episode, we’ll explore practical steps to confront and release your anger—so you can move toward peace, acceptance, and true healing.
