Do you struggle with shame because of your past choice of abortion? Do you suffer from low self-esteem, intense guilt, or the fear of punishment because of what you did? Do you wish you could move forward, find peace with God, and finally experience healing after abortion—but feel unworthy or unsure where to start?

I’m so thankful you’re here! This podcast will help you redeem your past, find forgiveness and peace, and finally heal from your abortion once and for all. If you’re longing for biblical healing, freedom from abortion regret, and a restored relationship with Jesus, you’re in the right place.

Hey, I’m Brittany—wife, homeschooling mom, pro-life speaker, and abortion recovery coach. For over 10 years, I carried the weight of my abortion silently, desperately wanting to grow closer to God but feeling unworthy… like I had committed the unforgivable sin.

I believed that in order to “win back” my salvation, I needed to do all the right things and somehow save myself through works. I became a “yes girl” and overworked and overachieved myself straight into a depression I was desperate to crawl out of.

After I finally crashed and burned, God opened my eyes: If I was going to grow closer to Him and truly heal my heart, I needed to come back to the true gospel of Jesus, accept His forgiveness, and stop running in fear.

I dug into the Bible, found accountability and community with other Christian women, and stopped listening to the lies of the enemy that kept me stuck in shame and guilt. And now—I’m here to help you do the same.

If you’re ready to finally shed the shame and guilt that’s weighing you down…
Recognize your true identity in Christ so you’re no longer consumed by self-esteem or body-image struggles…
Experience real intimacy in your marriage and relationships…
And restore your relationship with Jesus so you can walk in true healing after abortion, then this podcast is for you.

Fill up your favorite mug with some coffee and crack open that Bible, because it’s time to receive the Good, Good News!

Anger is one of the strongest emotions—and often a sign of deeper feelings beneath the surface.
When it comes to abortion, anger usually stems from grief, shame, guilt, or regret. You might feel angry at yourself, God, the doctor, the father, friends, or others connected to your decision.
While anger is a natural and valid response, it can’t be allowed to control your healing journey. Holding onto anger can block your progress and open the door to bitterness and resentment.
In today’s episode, we’ll explore practical steps to confront and release your anger—so you can move toward peace, acceptance, and true healing.

Today, we’re talking about the first and often most difficult stage of grief: denial.Denial creates a roadblock. It keeps us stuck—and until we face it, true healing can’t begin.
When it comes to abortion, denial can keep us from fully grieving both our decision and the life of our unborn child. We can’t process what we won’t acknowledge. And we can’t move forward if we don’t first recognize the weight of what happened.
In this episode, we’re unpacking 3 essential steps to move beyond denial—so you can begin to grieve honestly, heal fully, and experience the redemption God offers.

Mother’s Day was yesterday—and while it’s a joyful celebration for many, it can also stir deep grief.Mothers mourn children lost to miscarriage, stillbirth, or early death.
But what society often overlooks is the silent grief carried by women who mourn the children they lost through abortion.
If yesterday was heavy for you—if you wrestled with regret, sorrow, or pain—I pray this episode and Scripture bring comfort to your heart as you begin a new week.
Remember: His mercies are new every morning. 💛

Can you believe it’s been 3 months of podcasting already?!WOW—I'm beyond grateful for all the love, encouragement, and support you've shown since we launched. It truly means the world. 💛
In today’s episode, we're sharing a few fun reflections from the past three months and addressing a quick correction from a previous episode.
CORRECTION:
In Episode 36, I mistakenly referred to Dr. Christina Francis as the "founder" of AAPLOG. She is actually the current CEO, not the founder. This correction has also been noted in the show notes for that episode.
Thanks for growing with me, friend. Let’s keep going! 🎉

Are you wondering if you're ready for an abortion recovery retreat? How do you even know if it’s time? Do you have to feel a certain way or go through a specific experience first? And what if you’re unsure—should you wait?
In today’s episode, we’re walking through 5 key indicators that can help you discern whether or not you're ready to seek healing after abortion.
Spoiler alert: You might not have a big “aha” moment that confirms you're ready. In fact, the enemy would love nothing more than to keep you stuck in confusion, fear, or shame. The spiritual warfare is real—and it often shows up right before your breakthrough.
But hear this: Don’t let the enemy be louder than the Lord.God desires your healing. He desires your wholeness. And if you’re here listening, it’s not a coincidence.
If even one of these 5 signs resonates with you, you just might be more ready than you think.
